Most people in SC travel in their golf buggies rather than cars because the buggy path leads directly from this site to the Marine Village past the Intercontinental Hotel. Parking in the village is easier in a buggy.

To enter this property, you need to walk down a brick-paved path and under the porch, and this is where the magnificent garden first draws your attention.

Once you enter the Villa, you will immediately see the tasteful and impeccable decoration.

Everything is placed to add effect and beauty to this Villa. Please look carefully at the images and you will see that this Villa is brilliantly located and is rather unique, as most of the other Villa's are 2 storey with stairs are generally difficult for the older clientele who are interested in this Villa.
